Every member of staff who passes the course saves a small record file. Add them here and you have a dated, checkable list of who has been trained, ready to print for inspection. Nothing is sent to us and we hold no copy.
Care home subscription
The training matrix uses the same key as the Personhood Profile and the course. It is entered once on each device and then remembered.

When a member of staff passes the course they press Save my record for my manager and a small file downloads. Drop those files here, as many at once as you like.

Type what is printed on the certificate. The Certificate ID is checked against the name, home, date and score, so a record that does not match will be flagged rather than silently accepted.
Renewal is shown against a twelve month cycle, which is the usual expectation for refresher training. Adjust to your own policy if it differs. This record lives in this browser on this computer, so take a backup regularly, and take one before anybody wipes or replaces the machine.
